This is a recording of a brief visit with Jon White, owner of Brook Ranch in Paradise, UT. People know the property also as White's Trout farm from the days when they produced trout. There is a hatchery on the site and three historic barns in addition to several old buildings. Jon tells us a few details about the history and then refers us to a book on the history of Paradise for more information. Conversation between Jon and Ron is taking place, but it is difficult to hear Ron.
